The business began with one temporary recruiter working from a box office. Today, Platinum has a team of more than 40 people working across two offices.
Paul has been there throughout that journey, helping shape the business as it has grown and evolved.
That continued growth, and the opportunities still ahead, keep him excited about what comes next for Platinum.
Paul is a dad of four, so life outside work is rarely quiet. He spends a lot of his time supporting his children with football and rugby. When he gets the chance, you will usually find him on the water enjoying one of his favourite watersports.
Family time is a big priority too. Weekends away, BBQs, camping by the beach and snowboarding in the mountains are all high on the list.
